The customer service was exceptional - they went out of their way to accommodate our request for a larger room and it made a huge difference. The room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of beds for everyone. The location was also very convenient, with a supermarket and convenience stores nearby. The hotel even offered a private car service, which was a nice bonus. I thought it was excellent value for money and I would definitely stay here again.

I had a great stay at a hotel in the city. The staff were friendly and upgraded my room for free. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious with comfortable beds. The hotel had its own car park, really useful in the city. the hotel's location was perfect for getting around and exploring this city, as it was close to attractions and shopping malls. The breakfast was also really good and had traditional Asian food options.
